OUT TO WALKDo you want to feel better and look better? Would you like to become healthier and more physically fit? If you do, the OUT TO WALK club is for you!
Eastdale Mall and Baptist Health have designed the unique Out To Walk program as a safe, exciting way to gain physical fitness.
Members of the Out To Walk club can exercise by walking in a safe, temperature-controlled environment of the mall. They also have the opportunity to participate in blood pressure checks and can attend a variety of educational sessions concerning their health.
Monday-Friday starting at 7AM
Saturday starting at 8AM
Sunday starting at 11AM
No cost is involved.
Members must sign a waiver releasing Eastdale Mall and Baptist Health from liability in order to participate in the Out To Walk club.

Individual Rate $8 per person includes skate rental and session Group Rate $7 per person for parties of ten or more, all must be present.
